MenoStrong This 8-week program, led by John Lewis, an experienced trainer who specializes in training perimenopausal and menopasual women, is designed for women 40+ navigating perimenopause and menopause. He will combine safe, guided heavy strength training (to build bulletproof bones and muscle), targeted hypertrophy work (for that lean, toned look), sprint intervals (to melt fat), and specialized ab work (to build core strength). Enjoy a fun, dynamic and supportive small group strength training class designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Build strength through a variety of exercises, including bodyweight movements, a combination of free weight exercises and machines, and core work. Big Dawg Energy This class is a higher intensity small group class which has you rotating through a circuit of stations: Endurance, Active Strength, Quick Burn, and Core Strength. Just like all of our Big Dawg classes, all exercises are modifiable to meet your individual needs. Buns & Guns This class zeroes in on those glutes, hamstrings, and arms using a mix of body weight, machines, and free weight exercises. Come to this class to utilize our specialized Booty Builder machines to maximize those booty gains in a fun and innovative way! Kickboxing This class has the perfect combination of learning technique, partner work, and having fun all while getting in a great workout. Any level of experience is welcome! The Dawg Pack This full-body partner workout combines dynamic bodyweight exercises, weight training, and fun partner drills to leave you feeling energized and strong. This workout is perfect for anyone looking for a low impact workout to those looking to push the intensity as every exercise is easily modifiable!
