Assisted Stretch and Recovery
$60 for 1 session
$250 for 5 sessions ($50 a session)
$90 for 2 sessions a month membership ($45 a session)

Nutrition Coaching:
$70 Single Monthly Meal Plan
- A complete meal plan designed around your goals and dietary needs.
$349 for Single Month Meal Plan or $949 for 3 Month Meal Plan + Unlimited Modifications + Daily Accountability
- Flexible meal updates anytime you need them.
