![]() ![]() ![]() Edward BecharaI am Lebanese-Brazilian with over ten years of experience as a professional basketball player. As a power forward and center, I won the Lebanese championship twice, played with the National Team, and went to the Olympic Trials in 2017. Born and raised in Batroun, Lebanon, I am fluent in English, Arabic, and French. For me, being a certified personal trainer allows me to share my passion for fitness with others. When I am not on the basketball court or the gym, I enjoy spending my time outside camping, exploring mountain towns, and learning all about different American cultures-including line dancing! I enjoy connecting with clients of all ages-it is never too early or too late to start adding healthy habits to your routine. With different ages and experiences, comes unique challenges. I enjoy taking the time to understand each client's background and goals in order to tailor the best fitness plan for their lifestyle. My wife, McKenna Bechara, is an avid pickleballer and sports lover. You’ll likely see her at the gym a few times a week! She grew up in Highlands Ranch, and is proud to call it home. Colleen BarrowsI’ve always enjoyed being active and working out, but for years I struggled with consistency and motivation. In 2022, after not having worked out for almost a year, I decided I needed to do something different to get myself back on track, so I started personal training with Edward. It was then that something clicked for me, and working out became a passion, not just something I sometimes did. The positive changes in both my mental and physical health have been life-changing for me. I want to help support others to achieve the same results! Aside from my work at Big Dawg, I’m also a 7th grade language arts teacher in Littleton and mom of two teenage boys who you're bound to see around Highlands Ranch playing baseball. We are a super busy family, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Derran BarrowsDerran’s world has revolved around athletics, particularly baseball, since he was a kid. From playing AYL as a kid growing up in Littleton to playing college baseball to coaching his boys’ youth teams, baseball has impacted all parts of his life. Derran has instilled this same passion in his boys, Cameron and Charlie, who you will likely see working out at Big Dawg, too! If Derran’s not at the baseball field, you can find him working on his pinball or poker skills (he’ll beat his wife one of these days). Derran is a sales rep in the sporting goods industry. He is working behind the scenes for Big Dawg and supporting all of our merchandise needs. |
